This Returns & Cancellations Policy is operated by Fragz Szn. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fragz Szn. This page explains our policies on returns, refunds, and cancellations. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
SECTION 1 - ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of fragrance scent or performance
- Incorrectly chosen products
- Opened or used samples or decants
SECTION 2 - NON REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
All fragrance samples and decants are hand-filled and repackaged from authentic bottles.
For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, these products cannot be restocked or resold once opened, making them non-returnable.
SECTION 3 - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
- Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Reasonable photographic or video evidence must be provided.
- Replacements or refunds are issued only after verification.
We are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling after delivery, improper storage, or user error.
SECTION 4 - LOST PARCELS
If a parcel is delayed or missing, an investigation will be initiated with Australia Post.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier.
SECTION 5 - CUSTOMER ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Incorrect or incomplete details may result in failed deliveries or parcel returns.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, refunds will not be issued. At our discretion, we may provide a partial refund after deducting:
- Original shipping costs
- A restocking fee
- Any return shipping charges incurred
SECTION 6 - REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Fragz Szn is not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities to fragrances
- Orders refused or destroyed by customs
- Delivery delays caused by postal services, customs, or airline restrictions
SECTION 8 - FINAL DECISION RIGHTS
Fragz Szn reserves the right to determine the outcome of refund, replacement, or cancellation requests based on evidence and circumstances.
