This Shipping Information page is operated by Fragz Szn. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Fragz Szn. This policy outlines our shipping practices, delivery timeframes, and responsibilities. By placing an order, you agree to the policies stated here.
SECTION 1 - DISPATCH AND ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed as if placed on Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays will also be dispatched on the next business day.
All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
SECTION 2 - DELIVERY TIMES (AUSTRALIA)
We ship all domestic orders via Australia Post. Delivery estimates are:
Parcel Post: Same State: 2–4 business days; Interstate: 3–6 business days
Express Post: Same State: 1–2+ business days; Interstate: 1–3+ business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
SECTION 3 - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to over 190 countries worldwide using Australia Post International services.
Estimated delivery: 7–30 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Shipments may face delays due to fragrance shipping regulations, customs inspections, or airline safety checks.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local import regulations. A complete list of supported countries is available at checkout.
SECTION 4 - TRACKING
All orders include tracking numbers.
Tracking information will be sent by email or SMS once dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
You can track your parcel via Australia Post or your local postal service once it reaches your country.
SECTION 5 - CUSTOMER ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Incorrect or incomplete details may result in failed deliveries or parcel returns.
If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, refunds will not be issued. At our discretion, we may provide a partial refund after deducting:
- Original shipping costs
- A restocking fee
- Any return shipping charges incurred
SECTION 6 - DAMAGED, LOST, OR BROKEN PARCELS
Due to the nature of fragrance samples and decants, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preferences, or personal dislike.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof.
We will issue a full refund or replacement upon verification.
Lost parcel claims must be lodged with Australia Post, and we will assist you in the investigation process.
SECTION 7 - ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be submitted via email before your order is dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
SECTION 8 - SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Fragrance samples and decants are classified as flammable goods, which may extend shipping times.
Fragz Szn is not responsible for:
- Customs seizures or refusals
- Carrier or border delays
- Additional import fees charged by your country
SECTION 9 - DELIVERY LIABILITY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs inspections
- Weather disruptions or natural disasters
- Airline or postal service delays
- Global restrictions or safety measures
Once a parcel has been dispatched and lodged with Australia Post, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.
SECTION 10 - IMPORTANT NOTES
All orders are final sale. Due to the nature of fragrance samples and decants, returns for change of mind or scent preferences are not accepted.
Customers must carefully review their delivery details before placing an order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their country permits the import of fragrances. Fragz Szn is not liable for items refused or destroyed by customs.
