All fragrances sold by Fragz Szn are 100% authentic, sourced from original retail bottles, and decanted into smaller atomisers or vials for sampling purposes.
All items are REBOTTLED WITHOUT BRAND AUTHORIZATION.
Fragz Szn is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with any fragrance brand, manufacturer, or designer.
Product images are for reference only; actual packaging, bottle style, or atomiser may vary.
We make every effort to accurately describe and display products but do not guarantee perfect accuracy, as colours and designs may vary based on device displays.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
We are not responsible for typographical errors or discrepancies in pricing.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from Australia using secure packaging. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on postal carriers, customs clearance, or other delays outside of our control.
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or restrictions in their country.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of fragrance samples and decants, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preferences, or personal dislike.
Refunds or replacements are only provided if an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error. To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.
